Cajun Funk

So much of what we recognize about American's food culture can be rooted from the south. It doesn't matter where you come from, chances are you've eaten Cajun or Creole cuisine. This blend is inspired by food growing up, my wife and I's travels to NOLA, and fish fry. Certified funk in every jar!

Blend: Smoked Paprika, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Pepper, Cayenne, Oregano, Celery, Cumin, Ginger, Parsley, Bay Leaf
